• Photographs of property damage and injuries, if possible.

• Property damage estimates.

• Medical records and billings for for accident related injuries, if available.

• Names and addresses of witnesses and defendants, if available.

During the initial in office meeting we focus on the three main areas:
Liability : generally has to do with who is at fault.
Damages : have to do with how much would a jury likely award at the trial of the potential claim.
Coverage : has to do with whether there is insurance coverage or some other financial resource out of which to get a judgment paid or settlement achieved.
